About this role

Job Description

Harmony Care Finder is dedicated to helping children and families access high-quality autism evaluations, diagnoses, and therapeutic services. We connect families with qualified professionals and provide guidance throughout the diagnostic and treatment process.

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Licensed Pediatric Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team and conduct comprehensive autism spectrum disorder (ASD) evaluations for children. The ideal candidate will have experience administering evidence-based diagnostic assessments, including the ADOS-2 tool or the CARS-2 tool, and a strong understanding of pediatric developmental and behavioral health.

In this role, the psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological and developmental evaluations, assess children across a range of ages and communication abilities, and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses using DSM-5-TR criteria. Responsibilities include administering and interpreting standardized assessments, preparing detailed diagnostic reports, communicating findings and recommendations to families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to help children access appropriate services, including ABA, speech, and occupational therapy.

The psychologist will also maintain accurate clinical documentation, follow applicable state licensing and insurance requirements, and contribute to Harmony Care Finder's mission of expanding access to timely, high-quality autism evaluations.

We strongly encourage candidates with active licensure in multiple states, experience evaluating young children (including nonverbal and minimally verbal children), and proficiency in ADOS-2 and CARS-2 assessments to apply.

Key Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or a closely related field from an appropriately accredited institution.
  • Active, unrestricted psychologist license in at least one U.S. state.
