Job Summary

Full-time opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a pediatric outpatient setting. This role involves working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help children develop communication, social, and adaptive living skills through structured, individualized interventions.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision.
Implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans using ABA principles.
Collect and record data to monitor progress and support treatment adjustments.
Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living abilities.
Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy environment.

Requirements

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
