We are welcoming an experienced PMHNP with a strong background in clinical operations, continuous improvement, and quality-driven care to help guide the future of behavioral health services across our region.

This is a unique opportunity for a PMHNP who enjoys combining clinical practice with systems thinking, operational leadership, and meaningful organizational impact. The role offers significant flexibility, including hybrid remote work options.

Scope:
• 60% administrative / 40% clinical
• Clinical focus on adult psychiatry and substance use services
• Develop as well as implement systems to enhance clinical efficiency and access
• Serve as an EHR superuser, supporting optimization, training, and best practices
• Track, analyze, and interpret performance and quality metrics
• Collaborate with organizational leadership
• Build strong relationships with regional partners and community programs
