Why is Integrated Behavioral Health in Primary Care such rewarding work?
- We are valued members of the medical team that consists of pediatricians, nurses, care coordinators, BHCs, respiratory therapists, and administrative staff. There is a strong culture of professional consultation across disciplines and within the BHC team.
- Easier access for patients and families where they are able to receive medical and behavioral health care in one location with providers who truly value care of the WHOLE child.
- Opportunity to provide short-term episodes of behavioral health treatment, while also developing longer-term relationships with families who need episodic treatment over time.

We have a robust onboarding process to support your professional growth as you launch into this new and rewarding role.
